TUITION AND BOOK FEES

CCS Tuition Agreement

All families are expected to return a completed tuition contract, which includes a schedule of all payments that will be made to CCS. This will be included with either their enrollment or re-enrollment forms. All enrollments and re-enrollments are pending until a tuition contract is received by the deadline stated. After the deadline, students without contracts are placed on the waiting list.

Late/Bounced Payments

There is a $25 fee for bounced withdrawals/checks. If for some reason a withdrawal/check bounces, you will be notified via email, and you should make arrangements for payment immediately. An additional $25 late fee is applied if a payment is not received before the 15th of the month.

Please let us know if we can help you before this occurs. It’s much easier to figure this out before it happens versus after it has already happened.

 

NO PRORATE

If you leave before the year has ended you are responsible for the full month of the date you left. Example-if you only attended the first week of January and left for any reason, you are responsible for paying for the entire month. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL AND COMMUNICATE YOUR NEEDS! WE CAN'T HELP YOU IF WE DON'T KNOW.
